My LOVE for SKIN HEALTH began in my youth growing up on a farm in Abbotsford BC Canada. In awe of the healing provided through quality ingredients through the inside out. With my favorite treatment to give in SKIN HEALTH being a BESPOKE SKIN HEALTH FACIAL, to include a HOLISTIC HEALTH analysis to provide you with all the ingredients needed to continually evolve through HEALTH toward that FOREVER YOUTHFUL GLOW. 

Growing up with European roots, quality of ingredients was established, with the knowledge investments for me that began through books in the science of anatomy, healing through nutrition, chemistry of ingredients, and knowledge provided through the people that surrounded me, as I love to learn about HEALTH and always look through the perspective of how do I make it healthier. 

With one of my first purchases in adolescents being a cucumber peel off facial mask that turned our living room at the farm house into a facial spa. With my favorite shows to watch when we finally got cable being the Food Network, The Oprah Winfrey Show, with the most memorable episode for me being The Last Lecture and HEALTH documentaries that further grew that knowledge. 

During my time in University, my chosen topics to research, write and present on during my degrees and certifications were always HEALTH, as my leisure time thus far had been rooted in that area, as it doesn't feel like work to me. And in 2016, BESPOKE GLOW was created as I made the decision to enroll in the SKIN HEALTH program at BLANCHE MACDONALD, where I received my diploma is skin health.

Leading up to enrolling in the program in 2017, I began building and putting together the resource of knowledge for the people I treat. Although it is created for the people I treat, I decided to open it up for everyone. With the purpose and goal being to provide the knowledge through my perspective as a SKIN HEALTH professional as it relates to the HEALTH of the integumentary system to put you in a position to make the healthiest decisions. 

In 2018 the program began with my goal of building BESPOKE GLOW to provide facial treatments, knowledge and eventually my own products.  With the price point reflecting my values as a treatment provider as I work to contribute to the evolution through HEALTH. To date I have worked in medical and spa settings to build on my professional esthetic certification through the product and treatment training through the guidance of industry professionals and on my own as the sole proprietor of BESPOKE GLOW.

In my leisure time, in addition to investing in skin health knowledge for treatment and my own product development. I love to create in the kitchen, volunteer (most recently with embrace society), hike, travel, lover of film and the arts, I love the water and keeping active at the gym and in nature through GLOW goals. To date I have participated in the Vancouver Sun Run, Big Elf Run, Great Trek Half Marathon, and BMO Full Marathon all in honor of humanitarian causes and am working toward the Whistler Gran Fondo and Cultus Lake Triathlon.
